Our founder, Neek, saw a need for a more innovative way of training new dispatchers. Based on the way that she learns best, she knew a more hands-on approach could benefit a lot of people. She worked tireless for months to create a plan, a curriculum, and system to start onboarding new apprentices. The program is now active and accepting applications for only 10 committed individuals each month.
